- Personal Information: Name, address, email address, phone number. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license details, or dates of birth.
- Insurance Details: Policy numbers, premiums, carrier names, and sometimes documents containing full insurance policies. These documents may include claim history or other sensitive insurance details.
- Financial Information: We facilitate credit card transactions but do not see or store credit card data. In some cases we store ACH (bank account) information in order to initiate payments.
- Device & Usage Information: When users log in or make payments, we collect information about their device and environment to support security, detect fraud, and troubleshoot issues. This may include IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences. We also use cookies for session management, analytics, personalization, and to help identify suspicious or automated activity, as well as finding areas for improved user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- Facilitating Payments: We process or enable the processing of insurance payments and related financing.
- Analytics & Product Development: We use the collected data internally to improve our products, develop new features, and provide analytics to premium finance companies through our other products.
- Compliance & Legal Obligations: We may use your data to comply with laws, regulations, or contractual obligations.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: We use device and network information collected during login and payment to detect and investigate suspicious activity, including unauthorized access attempts or abuse of our services.
3. How We Share Your Information
Your information may be shared with:
- Insurance Agencies: Agencies that enter your information will have access to it for payment and policy management purposes, as well as summary information about any financing provided and the status of those quotes and loans.
- Finance Companies: Information is shared with finance companies to enable insurance financing and for analytics when it is part of the service being provided or offered.
- Payment Processors: Third-party payment processors receive only the information required to process transactions (e.g., payment amounts due, due dates, ACH details).
- Email Service Providers: We use third-party platforms to send communications related to invoices, payments, and related updates.
- Internal Stakeholders: We share data within our Company for product development, analytics, and any other business-related purposes.
- Other Third Parties: On occasion, we may allow certain third parties to use data for their own purposes if they provide services that integrate with or complement ours (e.g., referral relationships).

We do not currently transfer data internationally. All data is stored on servers hosted by Google Cloud within the United States.

- Identify fraud or abuse, including by linking requests from the same device or network.

5. Data Retention
We retain data for different lengths of time, depending on its requirements and usage. Some is retained for weeks to months, and others are retained indefinitely. This includes personal and insurance-related information that agencies upload, as well as transaction records for payment and financing.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Data is encrypted in transit (e.g., HTTPS) and at rest. However, no security protocol or method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. User Rights & Choices
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under 18.
